◎ After careful consideration of the current covid-19 situation, including travel restrictions that remain in place throughout the region and other requirements that would prevent Governing Board Members from physically attending the Meeting in person, the 28th SEAMEO RIHED Governing Board Meeting (GBM), will be held virtually through SEAMEO RIHED’s WebEx Platform on 27 August 2020 in Bangkok, Thailand.
