Abstract Submissions
All interested researchers, academics, practitioners, lifelong learners and change-makers across higher education institutions, organisations and industries with an interest in the contributions of higher education to sustainable development are invited to attend and submit their original abstract proposals for the opportunity to present in person at the 2024 Inter-Regional Research Symposium. Abstract submission is compulsory if authors wish to deliver a presentation. Kindly take note of the following details for your submission:
→ Early abstract submissions must be submitted on or before 8 May 2024 to be considered for the Early-Bird Registration rate. After this, Proposal Submissions will be accepted according to the regular submission deadline of 5 August 2024 and will be eligible for the Regular Registration rate.
→ Abstracts should be submitted online through the submissions portal. It is recommended to read through the abstract tips and guidelines before submitting your proposal.
→ All Abstract submissions will go through a review process, the results of which will be notified in early June for those whose submissions are received by the 8 May 2024 deadline and in early September for those who submit by the regular deadline.
Acceptance
Due to the number of sessions available, not all abstracts may be accepted. If your abstract is accepted, you are welcome to present at the Symposium and arrange for your travel and registration. More information for presenters will be available soon.
Please note that all presenters of accepted abstracts must register. For those wishing to provide a full academic or research paper for review based on their Proposals, opportunities will be announced shortly for publication of selected papers.
